Responsibilities

• Issues trade confirmations, statements and reports to investors and handles investor queries.
• Completes AML, KYC and client verification checks.
• Assists with issuing and maintaining share registers where applicable.
• Assists with redemption payments and maintains client subscription bank accounts.
• Identifies and resolves investor problems and issues.
• Assists in underlying investor audits.
• Performs activities with financial, client, and internal business impact.
