Qualifications

Position Summary

This position is responsible for reconciling loan and servicing data, preparing accurate investor reports, monitoring compliance with investor requirements, and ensuring all reporting deadlines are met. The successful candidate will collaborate with servicing, accounting, and operational teams to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

• Compile, validate, and reconcile investor reporting data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports in accordance with established deadlines and investor guidelines.
• Monitor reporting schedules and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all required submissions.
• Respond to investor inquiries and requests by providing accurate information and resolving reporting-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with investor requirements, servicing agreements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, research, and reporting records as needed.
• Assist with investor remittance calculations, reconciliations, and payment reporting activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, or a related financial services environment.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience preparing, reconciling, and submitting investor reports in accordance with established guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skills.
• Experience utilizing investor reporting, servicing, and financial reporting systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
• Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex reporting discrepancies while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Strong understanding of investor guidelines, reporting requirements, and mortgage servicing processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex account and servicing-related issues while meeting established deadlines.
