Job summary

SPS Servicing in Utah is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst I responsible for daily and monthly reporting, reconciliation and remittance of loan activity and calculated funds due to Investors/Owners of pools of mortgage loans.

Responsibilities include aggregating loan activity into summary remittance reports, reconciling custodial bank accounts, remitting funds on time, and using Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPS to analyze deal points and respond to Investor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports.
• Reconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within timeframes.
• Remit calculated funds to investors in a timely manner.

Investor Reporting Analyst Job Summary

The Investor Reporting Analyst I is responsible for the daily/monthly reporting, reconciliation and remittance of loan activity and calculated funds due to Investors/Owners of pools of mortgage loans.

Principal Duties

• Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports
• Reconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within specified timeframes
• Accurately remit calculated funds due investors within specified timeframesEffectively understand and utilize appropriate systems: Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPS
• Ensure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to appropriate parties
• Research and resolve Investor/Owner questions timely and accurately

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Investor Requirements as relates to Investor Accounting
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interests for time
