You will reconcile loan and servicing data, prepare accurate investor reports, monitor compliance with investor requirements, and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage servicing or investor reporting.
• Experience preparing, reconciling, and submitting investor reports per guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and reconcile investor reporting data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports per deadlines and guidelines.
• Monitor reporting schedules and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Respond to investor inquiries with accurate information and resolve reporting issues.
• Maintain compliance with investor requirements, servicing agreements, and regulatory standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and records.
• Assist with investor remittance calculations, reconciliations and payment reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
