Job summary

You will balance the cash drawer, handle various deposit and investment tasks, and participate in community outreach to promote the bank's products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• On-site work at Investment Center is essential; remote work is not permitted.
• Ability to communicate investment services clearly.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Strong interpersonal relationships across levels and teams.
• Organizational and prioritization skills with confidentiality in mind.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accurate keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Open and close accounts for Investors with varying degree of complexity.
• Provide account information and answer questions regarding a wide array of simple to complex account structure and rates.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Follow-up on potential investor leads.
• Contact investors to meet established electronic statements and ACH metrics.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Participate in community events.
• Provide back-up to switchboard and Drive-Thru as needed.
• Balance cash drawer accurately.
• Process mail, telephone, online, walk-in, email, and drive-thru investments.
• Perform dual control functions of opening night depository and balancing vault.
• Complete purchases, withdrawals and transfers for investors.
• Achieve exception goals to mitigate errors in system and investor documentation.
