Job summary

F&M Bank seeks an Investments Relationship Specialist to support financial Advisors with client onboarding, meetings, and marketing materials. You will coordinate seminars, manage follow-ups on transfers, and prepare trade instructions when Advisors are unavailable.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of CRM, and the ability to handle confidential information. This is a full-time, on-site position in Harrisonburg, VA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior admin experience.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Series 7, 66, and Health/Life licenses or eligibility within 6 months.
• Strong organizational and numerical abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new account clients into CRM following procedures.
• Follow up with clients on transfers, rollovers, checks, and delivery needs.
• Schedule appointments for clients and prospective clients with Advisors.
• Assist Advisors in identifying relationship opportunities.
• Meet with clients to accept unsolicited trades in Advisors' absence.
• Create and maintain marketing materials with the marketing dept.
• Coordinate seminars and client appreciation events.
• Prepare meetings and take minutes; track referrals for bonuses.
• Perform additional admin and clerical duties as required.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.

Education
