This position offers exposure across asset classes within a blue-chip asset management firm and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with GPA 3.5+.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in operations, investor relations, fund administration, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
• Team-oriented with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison with third-party service providers to manage day-to-day operational needs.
• Research, track, and resolve operational issues related to investor information and account activity.
• Support oversight of processes such as account openings, investor reporting, and compliance-related requirements.
• Maintain logs of open items and monitor for patterns or recurring issues.
• Partner with internal teams to improve controls, streamline workflows, and enhance the investor experience.
• Assist in developing documentation and process improvements to strengthen efficiency.
