Coda Search is partnering with an asset management firm seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support its Real Estate platform. The role blends fundraising, relationship management, and capital markets, working with senior IR professionals, investment teams, and external investors.

The Associate will manage investor communications, support fundraising initiatives, and deliver a best-in-class investor experience across multiple funds and strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations or Capital Formation.
• Exposure to alternative investments with credit experience.
• Strong understanding of the institutional investor landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coverage of institutional investors across private credit and alternative credit.
• Partner with senior fundraising professionals to develop materials, coordinate fundraising initiatives, and facilitate investor communications during capital raising.
• Prepare and update marketing and due diligence materials including pitchbooks, fund presentations, tear sheets, fact sheets, quarterly updates, and DDQ/RFP responses.
• Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate communication with prospective and existing investors.
• Maintain fundraising activity, investor interactions, pipeline progression, and meeting notes in CRM.
• Coordinate investor meetings, annual meetings, roadshows, conferences, and ad hoc presentations; handle logistics and follow-up.
• Monitor fundraising pipelines and help drive execution across multiple funds, products, and strategies.
• Contribute to special projects related to new product launches and capital formation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coverage and servicing of institutional investors across the firm's private credit and alternative credit platform.
• Partner closely with senior fundraising professionals to develop and maintain investor marketing materials, coordinate fundraising initiatives, and facilitate investor communications throughout the capital raising process.
• Prepare and update a broad range of marketing and due diligence materials, including pitchbooks, fund presentations, tear sheets, fact sheets, quarterly updates, and DDQ/RFP responses.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication with prospective and existing investors.
