Coda Search│Staffing partners with a leading global asset management firm to add an Investor Relations Associate supporting fundraising and client formation. You will work closely with senior IR professionals on investor communications, reporting, and strategic engagement across a diverse institutional investor base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of investor relations or related roles within asset management or private markets.
• Familiarity with institutional investors and investment strategies across real estate, private equity, or private credit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior fundraisers to support capital raising and manage relationships with institutional investors.
• Coordinate communications, investor requests, and relationship management with LPs.
• Prepare and enhance investor-facing materials, including reports, letters, and marketing presentations.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor research to support fundraising and engagement.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to track interactions, pipeline, and reporting.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
