Coda Search│Staffing is seeking an Investor Relations Associate for a prominent NYC-based Alternative Asset Manager. This role involves driving product marketing plans, managing business strategies, and enhancing client development efforts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Investor Relations, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills. This position demands a dynamic individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Investor Relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Salesforce and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with management levels.
• FINRA Series 7/66 (or 63) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client sales, marketing efforts, investor servicing, and relations.
• Enhance capital raising and investor experience efforts.
• Research potential investment opportunities.
• Create marketing materials and pitch books.
• Construct pitch-books and preliminary models for clients.
• Prepare Due Diligence presentations for investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to develop marketing materials.
• Ensure the integrity of portfolio data across marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance strategic vision through feedback.
• Conduct ad hoc data research and analysis.
