Coda Search│Staffing is seeking an Investor Relations Operations professional in private wealth to oversee the daily transfer agent operations and service provider coordination in New York. This role focuses on delivering accurate client statements, tax reporting, and compliance across the investor services group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in private wealth, alternatives coverage, or inside sales/wealth coverage from banks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of transfer agents and service providers to ensure seamless transaction processing and accurate client statements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Product and Marketing to onboard Funds to global service providers and distribution platforms.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, Not in Good order trades, and incidents across TA services.
• Field inquiries from financial advisors and internal sales teams regarding investment offerings.
