Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of business experience, interest in investor relations and financial markets.
• Strong finance background, solid understanding of finance and financial statements.
• Interest in capital markets and/or experience investing in stocks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn multiple back end software applications and financial tools (Hyperion, FactSet, AlphaSense, Nasdaq IR Insight).
• Impeccable ethics, ability to think independently and communicate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the drafting and review of quarterly earnings and board-related materials including analyses of sales, earnings, margins, and industry developments.
• Understand the details behind key P&L lines and reflect updated information.
• Manage database of interactions with analysts and investors; prepare investor briefing materials.
• Monitor and report on data impacting company and peers, including stock price movements and government data.
• Leverage Hyperion and AI to streamline IR materials and workflows, including financial models and data sheets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on ad-hoc projects and manage investor relations website and mailbox.
