Job summary

Fervo is building geothermal power infrastructure and seeks an Investor Relations Manager to shape how the market understands the company. You will manage investor communications, earnings reporting, and relationships with the investment community.

This role partners with finance, legal, and project development to translate complex technical and financial information into clear narratives for institutional and retail investors, supporting Fervo's signaling as a capital markets leader.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in investor relations or related capital markets roles.
• Strong written and oral communication for diverse investor audiences.
• Experience with SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute investor communications strategy, draft presentations, press releases, and Q&A materials.
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective investors and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with equity research, analysts, and sell-side to align market narratives.
• Support earnings process, annual and quarterly reporting, and Board reporting data.
