Qualifications

• 10+ years of investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research experience.
• Direct experience at or covering a public company is required.
• Strong ability to translate complex financials for investors.

Responsibilities

• Own investor communications strategy and quarterly earnings processes.
• Manage relationships with institutional and retail investors and equity research analysts.
• Coordinate SEC disclosures and annual/quarterly reporting with legal and finance.
• Support Board reporting and investor day events; monitor market developments.
