Job summary

Fervo Energy Company is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to lead investor communications, earnings process execution, and strategic interaction with the investment community. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Project Development to shape the company’s narrative and disclosures.

The role requires strong public company exposure, capital markets fluency, and excellent communication skills to translate complex technical and financial information for sophisticated investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of total professional experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or related capital markets role; public company experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to analyze financial data and develop polished investor materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear investor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Execute investor communications strategy including presentations, quarterly reports, press releases, earnings scripts, and Q&A materials.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with current and prospective investors and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with equity research community and monitor analyst coverage and estimates.
• Support institutional investor base development and roadshows with targeted outreach.
• Maintain a consistent investor narrative aligned with internal strategy across external communications.
