Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to lead the company’s investor communications and ensure disciplined, credible storytelling to both institutional and retail investors. You will manage quarterly reporting, earnings disclosures, and sell-side relationships while coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Project Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IR, investment banking, equity research, or related capital markets experience; public company experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for polished investor materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Execute investor communications strategy: presentations, quarterly reports, press releases, earnings scripts, Q&A materials, and briefing docs.
• Manage day-to-day investor engagement and respond to inquiries; coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with equity research to maintain analyst relationships and convey our narrative.
• Support institutional investor base development and conferences/roadshows; track ownership and peer activity.
• Maintain a consistent, credible investor narrative aligned with strategy and feedback.
• Support earnings process and calendar management, including Q&A prep and post-call review.
• Ensure compliance with Reg FD and disclosure best practices across communications.
• Contribute to Board reporting with investor sentiment and financing progress insights.
