Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to support engagement with institutional investors and the broader financial community. This hybrid role requires about 2 days per week in an HPE office, ideal for someone with 2–4 years in finance looking to deepen public markets understanding.

The role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and communications, offering exposure to earnings processes, investor targeting, and external disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance/IR or equivalent.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; able to work with financial statements and valuation concepts.
• Excellent written communication; ability to distill complex financial information into clear materials.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly earnings process end-to-end, including materials and earnings calls logistics.
• Maintain and update consensus model; track estimates and analyst commentary.
• Monitor shareholder register and analyze ownership trends and trading activity.
• Prepare briefing materials for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
