Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to provide essential administrative support to the investor relations team in Charlotte on a Hybrid schedule.

You will assist in preparing investor communications, managing schedules, and maintaining investor databases, contributing to transparent financial communications with stakeholders and the investment community. A relevant finance or business background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within finance or investor relations environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with financial documents and basic understanding of investor relations processes.
• Proficiency with office software and database management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for investor relations activities including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating communications.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor presentations, earnings releases, and other communications.
• Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists to ensure accurate and timely outreach.
