Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to provide essential administrative support to the investor relations team and coordinate communications with the investment community.

You will report to the SVP Investor Relations from our Charlotte office on a hybrid schedule, helping organize investor events, maintain databases, and support regulatory compliance to uphold transparency and trust in the financial markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within finance or investor relations environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with financial documents and basic understanding of investor relations processes.
• Proficiency with office software and database management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for investor relations activities including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating communications.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor presentations, earnings releases, and other communications.
• Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists to ensure accurate and timely outreach.
