Job summary

Audax Group in New York seeks an Investor Relations Associate to support client relations and fundraising for Audax Private Debt. You will prepare investor materials, respond to inquiries, and collaborate across Investment, Finance, and Compliance teams.

The role emphasizes strong quantitative skills, superb communication, and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment, with in-office weekly requirements in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or marketing.
• 2-4 years of prior experience within an investment bank or alternative asset management firm, preferably in a marketing or investment position.
• Proficiency of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate and foster solid working relationships with colleagues in other offices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings.
• Respond to inquiries related to product offerings, including due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and ad hoc requests.
• Assist in content management related to Audax Private Debt products and offerings.
• Develop and maintain deep cross-functional relationships with Investment, Finance, Compliance, Tax, and other internal teams.
• Gather and maintain information on competitors to help position Audax’ offerings.
• Create marketing collateral and investor communications, including quarterly/annual reports and event materials.
