Job summary

Audax Group is seeking an Investor Relations Co-Op in New York to support outbound investor communications and inbound inquiries related to Audax Private Debt. The role emphasizes prioritizing multiple tasks, delivering high-quality work, and collaborating with senior management on visibility with limited partners.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program.
• 0-2 years of previous administrative experience.
• Finance industry or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, extremely detail oriented.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under deadlines.
• Team oriented yet able to operate autonomously and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality through routine review of investor data and assist with data backfills when needed.
• Support downstream internal and external custodian investor reporting by coordinating inputs and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Assist with ad hoc anti-money laundering screening and document outcomes per procedures.
• Maintain the DDQ/RFP library with categorized, version-controlled responses.
• Monitor vendor and platform invoicing and track deliverables calendar.
• Assist with new product onboarding by coordinating steps and stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor licenses and renewals to keep access current.
• Support fundraising industry news delivery by gathering articles and preparing materials.
• Cross-train to provide overflow for onboarding, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
