Career Group Search is seeking an Associate in New York to support fundraising management and due diligence efforts. You will coordinate responses to investor questions, maintain investor review status, and facilitate communication across fundraising, compliance, and client services teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of synthesizing information for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years in fundraising support, investor relations, client service, or similar role within asset management/financial services.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and data management tools.
• Ability to collaborate across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Based in the New York office with regular commute to other offices as needed.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales on fundraising, including due diligence materials, RFPs/RFIs, and pitch decks.
• Provide consistent support to CRMs with debriefs after investor roadshows and meetings.
• Develop a granular understanding of the Firm’s strategies to respond to investor requests.
• Manage investor due diligence processes, including data room management and cross-team coordination.
• Assist in maintaining and updating fundraising pipelines with timely reporting.
• Maintain Data Room (Intralinks) and spearhead system updates.
• Regularly update marketing collateral and firm-wide statistics.
• Create investor profiles for effective CRM coverage and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate the flow of information between fundraising, compliance, and client services.
