Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst, Investor Relations to own reporting and communication with institutional investors and lending partners, coordinating across teams to deliver accurate, timely, well-supported deliverables.

Between reporting cycles, you’ll support the annual budget process, forecasting, and financial modeling. This highly visible role reports to the FP&A Manager and suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, relationship-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in investor relations, FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated financial modeling supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with reconciliations and exec-level presentations.
• Experience with SQL or similar tools; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) a plus.
• Strong financial foundation and ability to communicate with investors and senior staff.
• Experience with institutional investors or REIT/fund-level reporting preferred; real estate knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for institutional investors and lending partners; own intake and delivery of reporting requests.
• Manage recurring investor reporting cycle: calendars, monthly/quarterly deliverables, ad hoc requests; coordinate across teams to meet deadlines.
• Reconcile investor figures across data sources; identify root causes and improve data quality at the source.
• Prepare investor presentations, board materials, and reporting narratives for external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze results, variances, and trends; translate drivers into investor-ready narratives; maintain investor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating reporting and handling ad hoc analyses for FP&A and leadership.
