Job summary

YES Communities in Denver is seeking a Financial Analyst, Investor Relations to own reporting for institutional investors and lending partners, coordinating across teams to deliver accurate, timely, well-supported deliverables. The role supports the annual budget process, forecasting, and financial modeling, reporting to the FP&A Manager.

This position suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in investor relations, FP&A, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role.
• Demonstrated financial modeling experience in budgeting, forecasting, or long-range planning.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with reconciliations and executive-level presentations.
• Experience with SQL or similar tools; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong financial and accounting foundation with polished communication for external audiences.
• Experience with institutional investors or REIT reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized point of contact for institutional investors and lending partners.
• Manage recurring investor reporting cycles—calendars, monthly/quarterly deliverables, and ad hoc requests.
