Job summary

YES Communities, based in Denver, is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our Finance team. You’ll build financial models, analyze NOI, and support acquisitions and investor communications, reporting to the VP of Asset Management.

This role offers hands-on exposure to a growing multi-state portfolio and a clear path to greater ownership over time. We value a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics and 1–3 years in corporate finance or related fields, with advanced Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and how decisions flow through the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience building financial models from scratch.
• Strong analytical writing skills for investment memos and market write-ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and decision frameworks.
• Refine expense management processes with operations.
• Analyze rent-setting strategy and model NOI impact.
• Evaluate new markets and acquisition targets; prepare memos.
• Track market benchmarks and competitor data.
• Prepare high-visibility presentations for leadership and investors.
• Support due diligence and capital allocation decisions.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects.
