Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. seeks an Investor Relations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the IR function and CFO. You will coordinate investor relations activities, prepare IR materials, manage calendars, and assist in earnings and conference preparations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet with confidential information, and able to produce polished presentations and reports for investors, analysts, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business/finance/communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, investor relations, finance, or corporate communications.
• Experience supporting senior executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and distributing investor relations materials and annual reports.
• Maintain IR databases, contact lists, and analyst coverage information.
• Coordinate logistics for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences.
• Monitor inquiries and provide timely follow-up to investors and analysts.
• Prepare briefing materials for executive leadership prior to meetings.
• Maintain and update content on the IR website and materials.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Develop and format investor presentations and earnings materials.
• Create, edit, and maintain PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents.
• Ensure branding consistency across investor materials.
• Coordinate document reviews with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Executives.
• Support special IR projects and cross-functional timelines.
• Assist with investor day events and shareholder engagements.
