Job summary

Champion Home Builders is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to join our finance team. This role provides administrative and operational support to the IR function and CFO, coordinating IR activities, preparing materials, managing calendars, and assisting in earnings and conference preparations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in administrative support, executive support, investor relations, finance, or related areas.
• Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and distributing investor relations materials, including earnings releases, presentations, fact sheets, shareholder communications, and annual reports.
• Maintain and update investor relations databases, contact lists, analyst coverage information, and distribution lists.
• Coordinate logistics for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, analyst meetings, conferences, and shareholder events.
• Monitor inquiries and support briefing materials for executive leadership prior to investor meetings.
