Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, executive support, investor relations, finance, or corporate communications.
• Experience supporting senior executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and distributing investor relations materials (earnings releases, presentations, fact sheets, shareholder communications).
• Maintain IR databases, contact lists, analyst coverage information, and distribution lists.
• Coordinate logistics for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and shareholder events.
• Support briefing materials for executive leadership ahead of meetings and conferences.
• Maintain and update content on the company's investor relations website.
