Job summary

Graham Partners is seeking a highly organized Investor Relations Coordinator to support its IR and capital formation functions. This role emphasizes detail-oriented administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment with cross-team collaboration.

You will assist with investor communications, roadshows, CRM data, and internal process execution, helping ensure timely, accurate materials and smooth event logistics for annual meetings and other investor events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
• Experience in financial services (PE and IB) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and operational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Investor Relations team across ongoing investor communications and fundraising activity.
• Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and logistics for investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, and internal planning sessions.
• Maintain accurate investor and prospect records, including contact information and historical interactions.
• Assist with annual investor meetings and other investor events, including materials coordination and follow-up.
