Job summary

Cloud Capital is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support the Heads of Investor Relations and Capital Formation across investor relations, fundraising, and marketing initiatives.

You will gain exposure to institutional investors, assist with onboarding, due diligence, reporting, and marketing materials, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations or related roles.
• Experience in data centers or digital infrastructure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support investor relations activities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in preparation of quarterly/annual reports and investor communications.
• Coordinate investor onboarding, subscriptions, and KYC/AML requirements.
• Maintain investor portal, CRM data, and fundraising trackers.
• Prepare fundraising materials and coordinate due diligence processes.
• Support planning of investor meetings, events, and roadshows.
• Ensure SEC/FCA compliance in disclosures with Compliance/Legal teams.
