Responsibilities

• Prepare investor communications, including quarterly reports, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Support fundraising initiatives and capital raising campaigns targeting institutional clients.
• Conduct research on institutional investor trends, market activity, and capital allocation patterns.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, investor databases, and relationship tracking tools.
• Coordinate investor due diligence requests and support reporting requirements.
• Monitor fund performance, portfolio updates, and key metrics relevant to investor reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and investor teams.
