Job summary

Atlas Real Estate Partners is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to serve as the day-to-day contact for investors, oversee onboarding and subscriptions, and support fundraising and reporting across the IR function.

The role collaborates with investments, asset management, finance, construction, and co-GP teams. A focus on data integrity, CRM management, and scalable processes with AI-driven improvements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Onboard investors end-to-end, manage KYCs and account changes.
• Maintain investor data in Juniper Square and ensure data integrity.
• Manage CRM data, create views and automations for lifecycle.
• Draft monthly/quarterly investor reports and capital activity letters.
• Coordinate with partners, fund administration, legal, and banking teams.
• Support fundraising efforts with pipeline tracking and materials.
• Be a primary contact for investor inquiries and timelines.
• Develop new investor relationships via networking and outreach.
• Support brand-building through targeted communications.
