Enclave, a unified real estate investment firm, seeks an Investor Relations Manager to enhance investor experience across its platform. You will coordinate communications, onboarding, reporting, and capital formation support, while maintaining data integrity and strong investor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Real Estate/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in investor relations, fund admin, or asset management in CRE.
• Direct experience with CRE funds, syndications, or private placements.
• Strong knowledge of CRE investment structures, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with investor relations platforms; Juniper Square preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for existing and prospective investors, delivering timely, professional service.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure a high-quality investor experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including subscription docs and portal access.
• Respond to routine investor inquiries on performance, reporting, distributions, and capital calls.
• Maintain accurate investor records within the relations platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve investor satisfaction and efficiency.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, and Development to ensure data accuracy.
• Support capital calls, distributions, fund launches, and onboarding processes.
• Monitor workflows to identify improvements in efficiency and scalability.
