Job summary

Audax Group is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support the Audax Private Debt business in New York. The role focuses on client relations and fundraising, producing investor materials, and coordinating communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will understand Audax Private Debt products, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a deadline-driven environment with strong quantitative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or marketing
• 2–4 years of professional experience in investment banking or alt asset management, preferably in marketing or investments
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Solid quantitative skills and financial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build cross‑office relationships
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings
• Respond to inquiries from investors about products, due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and ad hoc requests
• Develop and manage content for Audax Private Debt products and offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft accurate responses and materials
• Build cross-functional relationships with Investment, Finance, Compliance, Tax and other teams
• Gather market data and monitor competitors to position Audax offerings effectively
• Create investor communications and materials for events and updates
• Support governance and review processes for external materials with Investment, Compliance and Legal teams
