Job summary

Meraki Talent partners with a growing middle-market real estate private credit manager to add an experienced Investor Relations / Capital Formation professional to their lean team. This high-visibility role works closely with the Founder and senior leadership, expanding presence across retail and private wealth channels.

You will manage LP outreach, conferences, onboarding, CRM, and investor reporting, while supporting fundraising and capital formation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years IR or fundraising experience in private markets.
• Private fund experience preferred; placement agents considered.

I’m working with a growing middle-market real estate private credit manager, looking to add an experienced Investor Relations / Capital Formation professional to their lean team.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to work closely with the Founder and senior leadership, helping grow the firm’s presence across retail and private wealth channels and build relationships with the UHNW investor community.

The Role:

The position will have a broad IR remit across:

• LP prospecting, outreach and relationship management
• Attending conferences and investor meetings
• LP onboarding and ongoing investor experience
• CRM management and investor reporting
• Offering documents, decks and marketing materials
• Quarterly letters and LP communications
• Supporting broader fundraising and capital formation initiatives

The role will suit someone with 5–7+ years of IR, capital formation, fundraising or private markets experience. Private fund experience is preferred, although candidates from placement agents and other relevant IR backgrounds will be considered.
