A private equity firm with over $5 billion in committed capital, investing in middle-market companies across North America and Europe, is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join its New York office. The role will support the firm's fundraising and investor relations efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports and annual fund communications
  • Administer the investor portal and manage LP access provisioning
  • Draft DDQ responses for investor requests
  • Manage IR Inbox and ensure timely responses to investor inquiries
  • Compile and submit consultant database updates
  • Support preparation of fund marketing materials
  • Coordinate roadshow logistics and investor meeting scheduling
  • Maintain meeting trackers and follow-up obligations
  • Support the firm’s annual general meeting execution
  • Partner with PR firm for materials and website content updates
  • Support the implementation of the firm’s CRM
  • Coordinate co-investment syndication process
Qualifications:

Compensation:

Salary: $100,000-$150,000 base, plus bonus
