Crusoe is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join a market-facing IR function. You will help manage relationships with the investment community and coordinate across finance, legal, and corporate communications to deliver clear, accurate messaging.

The role emphasizes earnings-cycle support, data-driven insights, and capital markets collaboration, reporting to the SVP of Strategic Capital and Corporate Development.

Formación

• 1-3 years IR/investment banking/equity research experience.
• Experience supporting liquidity events like IPOs.
• Experience with financial modeling and GAAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize data for a financial audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in investor relations, managing relationships with sell-side analysts and coverage universe.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for investor roadshows and conferences; prepare materials and follow-up.
• Manage data requests and materials for investor and analyst due diligence sessions.
• Draft quarterly earnings releases, scripts, Q&A documents, and presentations.
• Develop and align internal and external messaging on strategy, performance, and market developments.
• Monitor analyst research, consensus estimates, and competitor performance.
