Crusoe is seeking a Business Health Sr Analyst to join the Finance team in Bellevue, WA. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, FP&A, and business partnering — owning the cadence and coordination that keeps the company's core financial workstreams (month-end close, quarter-end close, budgeting, and forecasting) running smoothly and aligned across the organization.

You will be the connective tissue between Accounting, Finance, and business partners, ensuring deadlines are hit,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance transformation, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills — comfortable owning timelines, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving accountability without direct authority.
• Familiarity with month-end/quarter-end close processes, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Accounting, Finance, and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive key performance indicators cross organizationally, measuring, tracking and driving accountability with various business unit leaders.
• Coordinate and align month-end and quarter-end close workstreams across Accounting and business partner teams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and met.
• Serve as a key liaison between Accounting, FP&A, capacity planning and business partners to ensure budget and forecast inputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
• Identify gaps or bottlenecks in existing close, budget, and forecast processes, and drive improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
