Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to shape and manage our interaction with the investment community. You will support capital markets activities, coordinate investor events, and prepare material for earnings and external communications.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications, and building scalable IR processes to support a high-growth, publicly traded company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research.
• IPO or large public capital raise experience is a plus.
• Experience in a large, publicly traded company with rigorous financial standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing IR requirements for a newly public company environment.
• Coordinate and manage Investor Roadshows (NDRs) and conferences.
• Draft earnings-related materials and assist in messaging development with Finance and Legal teams.
• Monitor analyst coverage and summarize market expectations for senior leadership.
