• Minimum 3 years in mortgage banking preferred.
• Experience with investor applications and renewals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new investor applications: gather docs, track status, ensure requirements are met.
• Manage annual investor renewals: assemble packages, coordinate responses, maintain communication.
• Serve as main contact for investor partners and handle escalations and requests.
• Research and vet investors for senior management review.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and align investor guidelines with business needs.
