CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support the Product Team by handling new investor applications, renewals, and ongoing relationship coordination. This role serves as a primary contact for investor inquiries and works to optimize investor competitiveness.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage banking, strong organization, and excellent written/verbal communication skills to interface with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry preferred.
• Solid understanding of the mortgage lending process and departmental roles.
• Working knowledge of investor applications and renewal systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for multiple investor requests.

Responsabilités

• Complete new investor applications with required documents and tracking.
• Manage annual investor renewals and coordinate internal responses.
• Serve as primary contact for investor partners and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance investor competitiveness (pricing, guidelines, flow).
• Rate and compare prospective investors based on product coverage and fit.
• Prepare investor vetting documentation for VP of Product Development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage product offerings and investor guidelines.
