T. Rowe Price is seeking an Analyst for the Investment Liaison team to serve as a trusted partner to investment professionals, supporting execution and operations across the investment lifecycle.

Based at Harbor Point, Baltimore, the role collaborates with multiple teams to drive operational excellence. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in financial services or investment operations, with strong communication and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience within financial services/investment operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other analytical tools; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, and emerging digital capabilities to enhance operational effectiveness and drive process improvement.
• Progress toward or completion of a CFA and/or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Support investment teams including stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Risk, Distribution, Client Services, Compliance, and Legal.
• Assist with account onboarding, data and reporting oversight, and corporate actions management.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across the Investment Liaison team.
• Provide investment operations support for Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Equity, and Private Asset Management groups.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and research analysts to ensure timely access to investment insights.
