The ideal candidate has a financial services background, polished interview skills, and the ability to summarize research for senior audiences while maintaining strong client and respondent engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Background in financial services preferred.
• Strong interviewing, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to summarize research clearly for senior audiences.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive-level interviews with senior investment community and corporate audiences.
• Reach out to client-provided samples via multiple channels to secure participation and meet quotas.
• Build rapport with respondents, communicate professionally, share research context.
• Use persistence and creative problem-solving to advance studies and support project completion.
• Collaborate with research team across qualitative and quantitative activities.
