Responsibilities

• Direct Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and develop Conveyance and Compliance staff.
• Workflow & Deadline Oversight: Ensure client SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Performance Management: Conduct reviews and identify training opportunities.
• Audit & Reconveyance Review: Oversee audits of loan histories and compliance.
• Surcharge & Penalty Analysis: Assess disputes and provide liability recommendations.
• Vendor Chargebacks: Manage disputes and bill-backs for non-compliant work.
• Cost Controls: Minimize holding costs and unrelated expenses.
• System Integrity: Maintain real-time file updates in Archer.
