Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in mortgage operations is required.
• 6–10 years in Mortgage Operations, Investor Claims, or related processes.
• 2–3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae claim processes preferred.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume SLA-driven teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Investor Claims Process, including review, submission, and resolution.
• Lead a team of processors and ensure adherence to investor guidelines.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor SLA/TAT adherence, escalation handling, and process improvements.
• Ensure documentation, audit trails, and data security.
