Job summary

Consolidated Analytics, Inc. in Tennessee seeks a detail-oriented Claims Support Executive/Associate to manage end-to-end administration of investor claims. You will prepare documents, monitor suspended claims, follow up on funds, and ensure accurate updates across client and internal systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders within defined SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims processing, claims administration, investor claims; financial services background preferred.
• Experience handling documentation, case management, follow-ups, reporting, or transaction processing is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience working with multiple systems and process trackers are preferred.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work with CRM, claims management, workflow, or internal systems; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: prepare and organize documents for investor claim processing; review for completeness and accuracy; identify missing information and coordinate resolution; maintain documentation and timelines.
• Suspended Claims Management: monitor suspensions and maintain trackers; review suspension reasons and pending requirements; coordinate with teams to resolve issues; escalate complex cases.
• Funds Follow-Up: track claims with pending funds; coordinate with teams for status updates; maintain records; perform regular follow-ups until closure; escalate delays.
• Document Uploads, Reporting & Referrals: upload documents into client/internal platforms; ensure completeness; prepare reports and trackers; monitor status and refer cases as needed.
• Client AIQ / System Updates: update statuses in client AIQ and internal systems; validate data and ensure confidentiality; support system updates and process changes.
