Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a seasoned Business Manager for Investments (Latin America & Global Families Group). You will partner with senior leadership to identify priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives, and produce executive-ready materials for key forums.

You’ll support audit/regulatory deliverables and strengthen the control environment. You will lead end-to-end projects, facilitate meetings, track milestones, and build strong stakeholder relationships while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in private banking/investments, business management, or related field
• Demonstrated project management experience leading complex initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify risks and take actionable steps
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus interest in automation and AI
• Experience supporting audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables and driving action plans to completion

Responsibilities

• Partner with Latin America and Global Families Group leadership to define priorities and execution plans
• Lead complex initiatives end-to-end, including meeting facilitation and milestone tracking
• Create and deliver executive-ready presentations for leadership meetings and forums
• Build stakeholder relationships to align agendas and drive decisions
• Develop understanding of Investments priorities and represent them in working groups
• Represent front office needs in senior partner forums and drive key priorities
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes
• Proactively identify risks and strengthen the control framework
• Drive audit, regulatory, and compliance action plans to completion
• Respond to ad hoc front-office requests with urgency and coordination
• Maintain resources and documentation on internal collaboration sites
