• Ability to be a change agent in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building client-minded sales strategies impacting the business line.

Responsibilities

• Create competitive performance plans to achieve and exceed objectives.
• Provide timely feedback on Client Experience and market strategy opportunities.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Apply talent analytics to hiring, resource planning, performance management, and top talent retention.
• Support client relationship care training to improve banker performance.
• Lead routines with region and market-level partners across lines of business.
