The role requires strong knowledge of trading strategies and regulatory licenses, with a focus on risk management and performance coaching. This is a client-facing, performance-driven position within Merrill Edge aligned enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of investment, trading and brokerage experience.
• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Series 9 and Series 10 preferred; if not held must be obtained within 120 days of start.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage risk while maintaining client experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to provide optimal client experience, performance, and proper call management
• Assist the Team Manager in overseeing Premium Elite Plus Relationship Managers
• Drive asset consolidation, retention, and product penetration to expand client relationships
• Serve as first point of contact for client escalations and coordinate research, resolution, and follow-up
• Oversee day-to-day operations and processes
• Translate organizational goals into employee metrics and goals, evaluate progress, and provide feedback
