Qualifications

• Required: Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu)
• Minimum 1 year in investments industry
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with goals
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration
• Excellent communication and ability to engage clients
• Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity and work in fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Regulatory due diligence awareness and SAFE Act considerations

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, managed solutions)
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on client needs and assets
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
• Identify potential new clients via referrals or center clientele
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services
